ADF-Solutions GmbH offers two collaboration models, which can be compared to the push and pull methods:

1. Model 1: Market Development (Push Method)

  • Description: In this model, ADF-Solutions GmbH proactively reaches out to potential customers. The company acquires new clients by actively searching for and contacting them. Subsequently, ADF-Solutions GmbH presents its services or technologies to convince customers of their benefits and value. This model is typically used at the beginning of the collaboration as it represents a proactive approach.
  • Exception: If ADF-Solutions GmbH has already identified its unique selling proposition (USP), the collaboration may begin directly through Model 2, especially if ADF-Solutions GmbH contacts the company due to specific needs.

2. Model 2: Opportunity-Oriented Collaboration (Pull Method)

  • Description: In this model, ADF-Solutions GmbH waits for opportunities that arise from its existing customer network. Once a suitable opportunity is identified, ADF-Solutions GmbH evaluates whether it makes sense to submit an offer through a suitable supplier or partner.
